Public University of Navarre

The Public University of Navarre (better known as UPNA for Universidad Publica de Navarra) is one of the two universities settled in Pamplona, Spain. It is a young academic institution as it was created in 1987, and it counts with 3 schools and 3 faculties distributed along 3 campuses (one of them in Tudela, Spain). In their academic offer we can find 16 Degrees and 23 Postgraduate degrees, and the option of studying in Spanish, Basque and English. They also offer the possibility of studying abroad as they have exchange agreements with 200 universities of 50 different countries. They also have 101 investigation groups, 28 of them have received the rating of International and National Excellence by the National Agency of Evaluation and Quality.

The design of the campus was made by the Navarre architect Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza, and along its gardens we can find over a hundred species of trees from the five different continents.

The Public University of Navarre is leading the list of the Spanish universities of more teaching quality and more student attraction capacity according to a recent study of the Knowledge and Development Foundation. It is the one which makes most invest per student in Spain and also is the one with fewer students per teacher in the country.

Its library is the second best one in Spain according to the Digital Atlas of Spain universities.
