A dress code notice that was sent to participants of the 2012 G20 Ministers' informal gathering in Los Cabos, Mexico, advising them to wear white button-down shirts for a photo-op. The U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apparently missed the memo and ended up standing out from the crowd during the photo session in which she was the only participant not dressed in a white shirt. Instead, Clinton arrived wearing one of her signature pantsuits coloured with a shade of chartreuse green.
