The TermWiki Toolbar allows users to make the most out of TermWiki's term resources, and ensures the convenience of contribution.
Toolbar Installation
Mozilla Firefox
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, click here to download the toolbar.
Installation instructions:
- Click on the link above to begin downloading.
- When the download is completed, open Firefox. Click file, open file, and locate the TermWiki_Toolbar.xpi file. Click open.
- In the Software Installation pop-up, choose TermWiki_Toolbar.xpi, then click Install now.
- Restart Firefox, and the toolbar will appear automatically.
Internet Explorer
If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), click here to download the toolbar.
Installation instructions:
- Click on the link above to begin downloading.
- When the download is completed, run the TermWikiToolbarInstaller.msi application, and begin installing the toolbar.
- After installation is completed, restart IE.
- Right-click on the toolbar area, and select TermWiki.
Using the Toolbar
- Homepage Link: This link takes you to TermWiki's homepage.
- Term Look-Up: Enter any term you want to find and click the search button to see a list of the most relevant term matches across different industries.
- Add Terms: Use this link to start contributing terms.
- Translator Workbench: This function is used for batch term translation.
- Browse Terms: This link takes you straight to TermWiki's complete term lists. Alternatively, browse terms by Language, Industry, Product Category and Company.
- Help: To visit TermWiki's help menu.
